1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ngot777 ("ngot777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ngot777.net. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned to the payment method used, subject to identity verification requirements.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any game or betting market on ngot777, you must first create a single, personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active ngot777 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information if any details change.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): ngot777 operates a mandatory KYC process. ngot777 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ngot777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
• ngot777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ngot777 account instantly. ngot777 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using payment methods owned by third parties is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your ngot777 account and verified in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. ngot777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. During periods of high volume or following significant winning amounts, additional verification may extend this period.
• ngot777 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of fraud, security, or responsible gaming checks, without being required to give prior notice of such a hold.
• Any bonuses attached to a deposit may be subject to wagering requirements before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ngot777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions. Specific terms for individual offers are published alongside each promotion and take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in the terms of each promotion. Live casino and sports bets may contribute differently than slots.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonus abuse: ngot777 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering in ways designed to exploit bonus mechanics, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements. Any detected bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• ngot777 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of system errors, fraud, or other irregularities affecting the promotion.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ngot777, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not available to regular players using a standard browser.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through a documented bug or error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the ngot777 platform. ngot777 operates full anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance programmes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ngot777 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with use of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary information from the ngot777 platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ngot777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary content — is the exclusive property of ngot777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ngot777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ngot777 platform without prior written authorisation from ngot777.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and associated logos are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the ngot777 platform under valid licensing agreements.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngot777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ngot777 platform.

Specifically, ngot777 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond ngot777's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Gambling losses sustained through the normal operation of certified and audited games on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ngot777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the ngot777 Responsible Gaming programme.
• Compliance with a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, ngot777 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under investigation) to the player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may have their entire balance forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the ngot777 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

ngot777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BDT. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may activate notifications that alert them after they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary restriction on their account for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

ngot777 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by ngot777's server logs shall be the definitive record.
